The HR Partnering team is focused on
- delivering the strategic plan targets, in line with the People Strategy
- embedding a strategic and successful approach to HR
- organisation development and change throughout the University
- improving the core HR service to meet customers’ expectations
- policy and casework
The HR Partnering team work in partnership with Faculties and Directorates to provide business-focused, strategic and operational HR advice.
The team provide support and guidance for managers and staff in relation to a wide range of HR aspects including supporting the implementation of the people strategy, organisational change and restructures, complex casework and performance management.
