The experience changed my life.
Meeting different people from so many different countries and being immersed in a different way of life helped me become more compassionate than I ever imagined I could. Applying this new world lens and experience to my career working with kids from various cultures and backgrounds as a behavioural specialist has made me much more effective at my job.
Kirsten Hughes was a visiting student in 2016.
