Isaac Haruna

MSc International Conflict and Cooperation

Stirling is a university of choice for international students seeking the right training and support for the job market or further studies.

I had excellent training in presentation, and writing of policy briefs and academic papers. These skills contributed immensely to my job offer with the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG-Ghana), which was the only job interview I attended upon my return home.

Isaac's Story

Isaac Haruna from Ghana studied an MSc International Conflict and Cooperation, graduating in 2014. He has found our course invaluable for this employment since graduation. Isaac worked for the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG) as a Project, Advocacy and Research Officer between 2015 and 2017, where he successfully managed the Institutes' multi-year project titled 'Civic Empowerment of Cocoa Communities Project'. He is currently pursuing a PhD in International Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
