'After three years of work experience in a multi-national company at home in Mumbai, and five years in total at work, I realised that I needed a tool to help develop entrepreneurial instincts. That’s when I decided to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Stirling.
"The MBA at Stirling is an optimum blend of theory and practice."
For an Indian, it was a decision to be taken only after a meticulous look at cost and benefit. Today, however, I realise that it has been a well-judged decision. The MBA at Stirling is an optimum blend of theory and practice. The course is application-based and definitely adds an entrepreneurial vision to one’s perceptions. To work as a team with a class made up of 13 nationalities was a blessing in itself, as we all faced a new learning curve together. Continued interaction with my classmates has given me an insight into how business works and how culture influences the business in their countries.
Moreover, the University is always buzzing with social activities from golfing to field trips and the overseas student can also sample Scottish food and drinks from traditional haggis to premium Scottish whisky. There are many different things to be experienced within the picturesque landscape of this beautiful campus.'
