Many students run into difficulties at some stage of their degree. At university you are expected to be an independent learner, but that doesn't mean that you have to handle all of your problems on your own.
There are lots of people on the main Stirling campus, as well as the Highlands and Western Isles campus who can help you - you just need to ask for assistance! You may be feeling that you cannot cope with certain issues that have arisen related to your degree programme or as a result of changes in your personal situation, and therefore you are starting to think about withdrawing from your studies.
We feel that it is important to try and help you understand the reasons for feeling the way that you do. The information contained throughout this website, relating to academic and personal problems that you may encounter during your studies, is intended to help you find the most appropriate advice and support as quickly as possible, as well as making you aware of the alternative options that may be available to you.
