Undergraduate checklist

It's not long now until you’ll be joining us at the University of Stirling. We can’t wait to welcome you to our stunning campus and help you get started on your new academic journey.
 
In order to become an official University of Stirling student, there are a few things you’ll need to do before you arrive.

Essential checklist for all new undergraduates

This checklist will ensure you’re ready for Stirling as soon as you reach campus:

Enrolment

This includes everything you'll need to know about the process of enrolment.
Did you know? All first year students can collect a free book when they pick up their student ID card. More details .

Student Support

The University's Student Support Services team are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. Our services offer a broad range of guidance and support, including money advice, support for disabled students and students with specific learning difficulties, as well as counselling and wellbeing support.

Accommodation

Check out the Accommodation Services website to see the University's accommodation options open to you, both on and off campus.

Getting here

The University's Stirling campus is located right at the heart of Scotland, easily accessible by public transport. Our Getting Here pages provide details of how to travel to Stirling.

Part-time and standalone module students

If you're studying on a part-time basis or are studying a stand-alone module, the Admissions Office will have already registered you for the module(s). That means you must complete the undergraduate enrolment process as above, but you can skip part two ("Module Registration").

The academic timetable will be available on the University Portal.
