Postgraduate checklist

It's not long now until you’ll be joining us at the University of Stirling. We can’t wait to welcome you to our stunning campus and help you get started on your new academic journey.

In order to become an official University of Stirling student, there are a few things you’ll need to do before you arrive.

01

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

  • Accept your unconditional offer. If you have not yet accepted, please do so now by e-mailing graduate.admissions@stir.ac.uk.
  • If you have a conditional place, send us evidence that you have met the conditions set. Please do this by emailing scanned copies of all relevant certificates to graduate.admissions@stir.ac.uk.
  • Information on how to book your accommodation online will have been sent to you when you accepted your unconditional place. If you did not receive this and wish to book accommodation, please email graduate.admissions@stir.ac.uk and we will email or fax the form to you.

When emailing graduate.admissions@stir.ac.uk, you need to quote your full name, programme and your unique 7-digit reference number. This is located at the top of emails and letters sent from the International and Postgraduate Admissions Office.

02

ENROL ONLINE

When you receive your online enrolment/induction programme email just follow the postgraduate enrolment procedure.

Activating your computer account, fee payment and online enrolment can also be completed on arrival.

03

ARRANGE YOUR ACCOMMODATION

If you haven’t already sorted out accommodation, on or off campus, you need to check out your accommodation options.
