COVID-19 (coronavirus) update - Student Services Hub

In light of the news that the University is suspending face to face lectures, seminars and tutorials, we wanted to let you know that the Student Services Hub in Cottrell 2Z will be closed until further notice, but we will continue to manage your enquiries and book appointments via phone and email during our normal opening hours.

If you have sent any documents via post during the last few days receipt and processing may be delayed. Please can you send all future documents via email to ask@stir.ac.uk or via Document Uploader on your Portal to ensure we receive these promptly.

Student Services will continue to provide one-to-one services and appointments, but these will be delivered either online or by phone until further notice.

You will be contacted in advance by an adviser or support worker to make appropriate arrangements for your appointment. Look out for further emails and communications from the services that you are working with.
