Our introduction courses are a great way to develop new skills, gain confidence and progress in a chosen activity over a set number of weeks with the guidance of our qualified fitness instructors.

Intro to free weights

Dates: First course 25 January - 22 February 2022 / Second course 8 March - 5 April 2022
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 19:00-20:00
Location: Performance Strength and Conditioning Area

Looking to increase your confidence and knowledge using free weights to improve your strength? Our five-week Intro to Free Weights course is designed to help improve your confidence using weights and teach you the correct lifting techniques to help you become stronger. This course is designed for students that are looking to start using our strength and conditioning areas or would like to learn the fundamentals from our knowledgeable staff.

Student Member = £36.00
Student Non-member = £42.50

Alternatively, please visit our booking webpage and create an account using your student email address.
