Turn up and play

All abilities, all students: Get Active

Do you want to exercise more? Try out a new sport? Enjoy a fun, non-competitive activity?

Get Active is our recreational sports programme for students and you don’t have to be a sports centre member to take part. We want all students to get involved.

Sport doesn’t have to be about competition. Our programme is a great way to have fun, keep fit and meet new people.

We have something for everyone. You can choose from over 14 different drop-in sessions available per week. There is no long-term commitment needed, so you can just turn up and play whenever you like.

We’ve designed sessions to welcome all abilities with a choice of two different types of sessions; Beginner and Just Play.
