Want to feel fitter and stronger, but don’t know where to start? Join our Fitness Officer to learn the basics of strength training and improve your confidence using the equipment.
This is a great first step into strength training as you will learn a range of exercises and techniques to train specific muscle groups.

Want to take on a new challenge and progress your weightlifting goals? This course will teach you the foundations of powerlifting and the correct lifting techniques so you can aim to lift heavier.

Join our Golf Coach to learn the fundamentals of golf, including the rules and basics of the golf swing techniques.
