Group Personal Training from only £10 per session!

All of our group personal training programmes include:

  • 2 group sessions per week for duration of the programme
  • Customer consultation
  • MOT assessment appointment
  • MyZone Hire for duration of the programme
  • Additional exercise programme to complete outside of the sessions
  • Welcome pack-bag, bottle and t-shirt
  • Nutritional support
  • Review appointme

Whatever your fitness level we have the group for you. We currently offer 3 different Group Personal Training Programmes.

Target Market

Aimed at the complete beginner or those who haven't been active for some time.

Aimed towards people who have some experience in physical activity.  However, need that extra push to improve technique, confidence and fitness levels.
This programme also included fitness testing.

Aimed towards individuals, who are already very active, however want to see a significant difference in performance.  Be prepared to work at high levels of intensity.
This session also includes a beep

Weekly Sessions

2 x 45 minutes

2 x 60 minutes

2 x 75 minutes





Aims and outcomes

Improve confidence and mind set.

Focus on basic functional movements to help overcome daily struggles.

Enhance cardiovascular abilities.

Develop core strength.

Introduction of TRX and light resistance equipment.

Co-ordination activities incorporated as team building.

Feel revitalised and more motivated.

Improve mind set and confidence.

Focus on technique.

Incorporate body weight, resistance and plyometric exercises
Gradual increase of intensity throughout block.
Fitness testing at the start and end of block.
Improve Strength, Endurance and flexibility.
