Group personal training at the University

Our personal training programmes offer a more tailored experience to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Due to current restrictions there is no personal training at this time. This is under constant review and we will provide updates as soon as we can.

Group personal training from only £10 per session!

All of our group personal training programmes include:

  • 2 group sessions per week for duration of the programme
  • Customer consultation
  • MOT assessment appointment
  • MyZone Hire for duration of the programme
  • Additional exercise programme to complete outside of the sessions
  • Welcome pack-bag, bottle and t-shirt
  • Nutritional support

More Motivation 

Target Market

Aimed towards people who have some experience in physical activity.  However, need that extra push to improve technique, confidence and fitness levels.
This programme also included fitness testing.

Weekly Sessions

2 x 60 minutes

Gradual increase of intensity throughout block.
