Group personal training from only £10 per session!

All of our group personal training programmes include:

  • 2 group sessions per week for duration of the programme
  • Customer consultation
  • MOT assessment appointment
  • MyZone Hire for duration of the programme
  • Additional exercise programme to complete outside of the sessions
  • Welcome pack-bag, bottle and t-shirt
  • Nutritional support

More Motivation 

Target Market

Aimed towards people who have some experience in physical activity.  However, need that extra push to improve technique, confidence and fitness levels.
This programme also included fitness testing.

Weekly Sessions

2 x 60 minutes



Aims and outcomes

Improve mind set and confidence.

Focus on technique.

Incorporate body weight, resistance and plyometric exercises
Gradual increase of intensity throughout block.
Fitness testing at the start and end of block.
Improve Strength, Endurance and flexibility.
