We believe that your programme should be interesting, exciting and designed to meet your individual needs.
There are three parts to working out your health and fitness goals and programme.
Lifestyle and fitness consultation
Meet with a fitness officer to discuss your health and fitness goals. You’ll receive a baseline fitness analysis which will include all or some of the following – weight, height, resting heart rate and blood pressure, grip strength, peak flow, muscle circumferences, hip to waist ratio.
Starting the programme
Your fitness officer will create a programme specifically for you and lead you through the first session. We will make sure you know how to use the equipment and perform the exercises with good technique.
Lifestyle and fitness six week review
After six weeks, you’ll review your progress with your fitness Officer and your fitness analysis will be reassessed. Changes can be made to your programme to help you stay on top of your goals and keep you motivated
