Golf lessons
for all levels

Informative and fun, our group programmes cater for golfers of all abilities - we teach top players as well as introduce new players just starting out.

Our range of golf lessons are taught throughout the year, led by our experienced golf coach Macrina Crawford.

Lessons take place at the University of Stirling’s golf course, which has a dedicated putting green and practice areas.

This programme is paused until further notice.

Our programmes are under constant review and we will provide updates as soon as we can. For more information about services that are available, please visit our re-opening information page.

Lesson levels

Beginner: concentrates on learning the fundamental aspects of the game, ensuring that you continue to have fun during every step of the learning process.

Improver: allows you to refine your technique and understanding of how your golf swing works.

Advanced: for golfers with more experience, looking to turn that par into a birdie!

Course coaching: take the course and put into practice what you've been working on in your lessons! Navigate your way through our par 3 set up with some situational shots, and guidance from our coach. Whilst we encourage fast learning, we would not recommend course coaching classes for beginners!

Children's golf

The University also offers a range of golf classes during term-time and school holidays, led by experienced staff and golf professionals.
