Walking and jogging

We provide popular walking and jogging groups for complete beginners to more experienced runners.

Our groups will provide friendly support and encouragement.

Couch to 10k Plus

Our walking and jogging groups are a great way to explore and enjoy our scenic campus.

Couch to 5k

This coach led walking/jogging group will take you from the couch to a 5km in a time that suits you. We support all participants on an individual basis to meet your goals.

Coach: Ross Brannigan

Day: Wednesday

Time: 12.30 – 1.30pm

Meeting point: Gannochy Sports Centre Reception

Cost:- Free to members £4.50 for Non-member

10k Plus

Whether you want to run progressively longer distances over time, or train for a particular racing event, taking part in our 10km plus running group will enable you to develop gradually through four training phases: endurance, strength, speed and tapering training.
