Our fitness workshops provide specialised sessions aimed at developing flexibility, core strength, breathing techniques and physical suppleness.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.
Yoga improves posture, suppleness and flexibility, working specifically on breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is suitable for all and aims to release tension and increase energy levels.
Our other fitness classes are bootcamps, introduction to lifting and tai chi. These classes are suitable for all levels.

You can book sessions up to a week in advance in person at the Sports Centre reception or by calling 01786 466900. Limited spaces are available in each class. Participants must be age 16 or over.
