How do I join the loyalty scheme?
Students and staff who are keen to join the loyalty scheme and enjoy cashless purchasing must first register their student or staff ID card. The card then becomes your very own loyalty card.

We value our customers, so have created a loyalty scheme to give you something back.
Our loyalty scheme for staff and students has three key features:
- Virtual hot drinks card – collect a virtual stamp for every nine drinks you purchase then get your 10th drink free
- Earn loyalty points for all other (non-hot drink) purchases – these can be redeemed against other items available in catering outlets
- Cashless purchasing – the facility to top up your card with funds either online or at the till which can then be used for purchases in catering outlets
How do I earn loyalty points?
Once you've registered you simply need to scan your staff or student ID card at the point of sale and you'll earn virtual stamps towards a free drink or loyalty points. Please note that loyalty points cannot be earned by the purchase of hot beverages - you'll only receive hot drink virtual stamps.
You will be awarded five loyalty points for every £1.00 spent in the catering outlets - each point has a redeemable value of £0.01. Additional bonus loyalty points will be awarded throughout the year.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points balance will be shown at the bottom of your receipt at any till point. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
