Pam is an experienced strategic and operational manager within Higher Education with a focus on managing projects and teams in relation to the development of employability, business engagement, the development of career management skills (accredited and non-accredited)and impact evaluation strategy. Her portfolio includes: change management; resource management; strategic planning; impact evaluation; project management; research; Total Quality Management; and Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG).
Pam completed her MBA at University of Stirling in 2012, her Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance from University of Strathclyde in 1987 and an MA in Modern History and Politics from University of Edinburgh in 1986. Pam has worked in higher education, local authorities and the third sector in management, adult guidance, business engagement and careers advisory roles. She started working for University of Stirling in 1993. She is a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS).
