Get Active 2017 narrow banner

This year we are launching a brand new recreational sports programme, exclusively for students, called Get Active which aims to engage as many students as possible in physical activity. It has been designed for students who want to exercise, try a new sport and merely have some fun and enjoy sport in a social environment away from competition.

It’s a great way to keep fit, socialise and meet new people and, with over 14 different drop-in sessions available per week, there is something for everyone. There is no long term commitment needed so students can just turn up and play whenever they like. Sessions have been designed to welcome all abilities with a choice of two different types of sessions; Beginner and Just Play.
