Fitness Workshops

Our fitness workshops are blocks of specialised activities suitable for all levels. The first block of workshops will run from 15 January through to 23 March 2018. We have a selection of activities available in 2018 including;

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Bootcamps
  • Introduction to Lifting
  • Tai Chi

Workshop bookings can be made in person at the sports centre reception or by calling 01786 466900. Places are limited so booking is recommended.

If booking the block part way through a pro rata payment will be charged. 


Members receive a block booking discount of 10% per session and University of Stirling staff and students receive 20% discount. The session discount only applies when block booking. Drop in process are £4.50 per session and will be limited depending on availability.
