My PhD project is a collaboration between the University of Stirling (SAIC grant) and AquaGen. Project title: Improving disease resistance in salmonids to Flavobacterium psychrophilum, the causative agent of RTFS and BCWD, using OMICs technologies in an attempt to identify and elucidate the mechanisms of resistance.
