Since 2011, I have provided commentaries in the media about societal attitudes and individual experiences to well-being. The outlets included amongst others, The Psychologist, Guardian Supplement, The Herald, New Scientist, Stirling Minds, and Health Awareness . My paper was featured as one of the cover stories in the herald and Health Awareness.

Exhibiting Everything that is and has been in collaboration with Stirling University and Museums Galleries Scotland, September 2015 and June 2016 at the Pathfoot Exhibition Hall, Stirling, UK.

Currently, I am working on my PhD, Using creative methodologies to understand communication in emerging adults with long-term chronic pain conditions. The research focuses on patients aged 18-30, who have experienced Chronic Pain for upwards of a 2 year period.

I also have completed research in using visual methods to understand and challenge negative social attitudes to disability and/or mental health service users. Employing a mixed methodological approach, of critical discussion and using art as a tool to be transformatory.
