About me

I teach topics around positive / organisational psychology, global mobility / international working, behavioural science / organisational behaviour and applying research to help organisations.

My research involves quantitative and qualitative methods, with publications in the sphere of keeping people psychologically well and thriving.

I have been the Research Psychologist on grants of £80,000 + with a strong industry dissemination focus.

My main research focus is around helping business travellers and those involved in working overseas to thrive and have great wellbeing.

Evidence is used to help people who travel for work have knowledge and take responsibility for positive, wellness related behaviours, with a view to thriving in work and life, plus organisations, airlines and airports provide the best support, space and tools to ensure physical and psychological risk management and meet duty of care.

I love using research to uncover new, inspiring insights for evidence-backed decisions, direction and sustainability, working with the Institute of Travel Management to manage wellbeing, often within a risk framework.
