I have taught English language to both adults and children all over the world. The countries in which I have taught include Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mainland China and Ghana.
A graduate of the University of Stirling, I returned to Scotland to undertake a distance learning masters at Edinburgh University whilst teaching at the Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT) at Stirling. I remained at Stirling to complete my doctoral studies.
Currently I am the Director of the MSc in TESOL Programmes. My main areas of interest and expertise are in Intercultural Communication, English language pedagogy and English for Academic Purposes .
