About me

About me

I am a Health Psychology Research Fellow within the Division of Psychology at the University of Stirling. My research focus is health behaviour change and digital health. My current projects are two collaborative digital health projects supporting people with dysfunctional breathing and bowel issues.

I obtained my MSc Health Psychology with Distinction in 2021, funded through a Digital Health & Care Institute, Scotland scholarship. I was awarded a University of Stirling research-based learning prize for my MSc work as well as being nominated for the DHP MSc Health Psychology Research Project Prize, which explored the protective potential of social media for maternal wellbeing.
