About me

About me

Second year SUPER DTP student based in department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at University of Stirling.

History of studies in conservation, animal biology, and molecular medicine, with experience in all associated applications.

Current research - supervised by Dr Sabine Matallana-Surget - focuses on the interactions between marine microorganisms and pollutants, with a particular interest in plastics, UV-filters, their toxicity, and biodegradability. This project runs in conjunction with the NERC-SEAP program, which aims to elucidate the sources, impacts, and solutions for plastics in SE Asia coastal environments.
