PRMP140: Psychology of Faces

This module prepares students for research relating to the perception of faces and covers theories relating to all areas of face perception, including gaze, expression, social perceptions such as dominance and attractiveness, race effects and factors affecting memory for faces.   The module is especially strong on practical aspects of preparing and presenting face stimuli, in video and two and three dimensional imagery. Detailed content is determined in response to students' interests.
