Before starting her PhD, she gained service experiences by working as a flight attendant for JALways (2005-2007). She then worked on an academic career as instructor for the faculty of Management Science at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (2007-present).
Winayaporn is now a PhD student at the University of Stirling commencing in October 2012 under the supervision of Dr Adelina Broadbridge.
Area of management in services industry. In particular the focus is on the management of emotion in spa industry in Thailand.
Winayaporn has various teaching experiences to undergraduate students at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. Within the Management and Human Resources School, she was a secretary (2007-2008), carrying and recording minutes for a meeting. At undergraduate level she gives lecture on:
As part of teaching at a university, she was a committee in International Relations (2009-2010) co-ordinated a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement between Chiang Mai Rajabhat University and Indian university in Chennai and Guangxi university (China).
