Following an MSc in International Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling, Sasha began her PhD under the supervision of Dr Adelina Broadbridge and Dr Linda Perriton. Prior to her MSc, Sasha completed an Accelerated Graduate LLB degree at the University of Stirling and a Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University and the University of Ottawa.
In addition to her PhD, Sasha is part of the team in the University’s Directorate for Research and Innovation Services where she contributes to the development and delivery of the Student Enterprise Programme. Her previous employment includes experience as a Project Manager at Investors in People Scotland, leadership roles in camping and outdoor education in Ontario and work experience in two Toronto-based law firms.
Sasha is interested in gender in management, gender in law, workplace diversity, professional identity and organisational culture.
Sasha will support both the ‘Fundamentals of Human Resource Management’ (HRMU9S3) module and ‘Responsible Business in a Global Economy’ (HRMP003) module as a Teaching Assistant in fall 2017.
