CAME is dedicated to the development and delivery of post-experience management and executive education. We host the full-time Stirling MBA, the MSc Business & Management as well as offering tailored in-house development programmes. As a University our objective is to inspire people, challenge current thinking, and provide an opportunity and space to encourage new thinking and ideas to emerge. By doing so our objective is to promote the values of sustainable selves, sustainable organisations and sustainable societies.
Underpinning our approach to post-experience management and executive education is a focus on personal resilience. Organizations, large and small, private and public are currently operating in environments characterised by turbulence and unprecedented organisational change. Such conditions create anxiety and uncertainty that questions the business-as-usual ways of working. We recognise the need to help and support executives and managers tap into their latent capabilities to manage through these challenging times, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss ways in which the Centre may be able to help you and your organization.
The University of Stirling has been ranked 3rd in Scotland for Economics by the Guardian 2016; 2nd in Scotland for Marketing, the Complete University Guide 2016. The Stirling Management School was ranked top 25 for Business and Management in the recent research for excellence framework and 14th for impact of its research.
Our current clients include ProRail NV Holland, the Church of Scotland, North Lanarkshire Council, Gallup Europe, Scottish Government, HRMC, Unilever.
