To develop and enhance the process for the handover of projects from REO (Research & Enterprise Office) to the Finance Office, ensuring that it meets customer (academic) expectations, facilitates the flow of research income and creates efficiencies and value for both service directorates


Review of Operations and Maintenance Team Service Process

The Operations and Maintenance Team respond to approximately 12k-15k small works per annum across the University estate including off-campus residences. The process to manage these works is considerable with a number of areas where delays could occur which could potentially have a detrimental impact on service delivery to the customer.
