When you change your network password it is important to ensure that you update any mobile devices that sync to our services. If you sync your staff email, or connect to eduroam, on your laptop, smartphone or tablet these services will fail to connect until you update each service with your new password.
Each service will have a profile or account settings section on your device; in this section you will be able to enter your new password - most devices will prompt you to enter your new password when you open your mail on the device.
