Graduation Guide: Winter Ceremonies

Congratulations on obtaining your award. Graduation is a special day in your life, and an occasion for you, your family and friends to enjoy and remember.

Our Winter graduation ceremony will take place on Friday 24 November 2017. These graduation webpages give information on what you need to do before, and during your graduation day. Please read the guide carefully so you don't miss any deadlines.

Graduation car parking permit

If you were unable to order your graduation permit by the deadline below, please don't worry, our security team will direct you to the graduation car parking areas on arrival on campus on Friday. Graduands and their guests do not need to pay and display on graduation day.

(only one member of the party needs to collect the tickets)

Gannochy Studio

Graduation photography

If you are getting photos taken before the ceremony, these should be done no later than 8.45am. Photography studios remain open until 6pm.

Pathfoot Crush Hall

Students assemble in the sports hall to receive instructions and are called into processional order

By 9.20am

Cramond Sports Hall

All guests should be seated in the ceremony hall

9.30am (doors open 9am)

Gannochy Tennis Centre

Graduands formally process into the ceremony hall and are seated
