On graduation day photography is provided by Ede & Ravenscroft, the official photographer of the University. There are a variety of photography pack options available. For more details please visit the Ede & Ravenscroft website.
Photography studios will be available on the day in the Atrium. Queues can be long, so we advise you to have your photographs taken before your ceremony if time allows.
In addition to the photography studios on the day, each graduate will have their photo taken while crossing the stage to receive their award. These photographs can be viewed after the ceremony.
Please note that to avoid obstructing the view of other guests or causing a distraction, members of the audience may take photographs from a seated position, but should not move about the venue or use flash apparatus.
All graduands and guests should be aware that graduation ceremonies and garden party receptions are public events. Each ceremony will be broadcast live on the day, and digital recordings of the ceremony will be available to purchase. Images from graduation ceremonies are publicly available and will often be used in University webpages and publications. By attending the ceremony, each graduand and guest gives their consent to potentially being filmed and/or photographed.
