Starter

  • Italian red pepper soup served with warm crusty bread.
  • Duck liver parfait served with black pepper, pineapple chutney and bread crisp.
  • Smoked salmon and prawn roulade with beetroot puree and a lemon and micro herb salad.

Main course

  • Slow roasted beef served in a creamy peppercorn sauce, creamed pomme puree and seasonal steamed vegetables
  • Roast breast of chicken with a leek and apricot farce, crushed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and creamy chicken velouté
  • Vanilla poached sea bass with crushed new potatoes, green beans, carrot puree and fried sage
  • Wild mushroom rosti with pea and lemon risotto and parmesan crisp

To finish

  • Sticky toffee cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and biscoff sauce
