We will endeavour to make appropriate arrangements for any graduands and guests with accessibility requirements or who require alternative seating. Graduands should advise us of any requirements during the registration process.
If your or your guest's circumstances have changed since completing the registration process or registration has closed then please complete the Graduation Accessibility Notification form. This form should be emailed to the Student Services Hub at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 working days before your graduation ceremony. We cannot guarantee to meet requests made after this deadline.
Access to the venues
All graduation venues are wheelchair-accessible. We regret that parking at the ceremony venue is very limited and a drop-off facility is available for guests with limited mobility. A small number of parking spaces may be available on request, but parking directly at the ceremony venue is very limited and cannot be guaranteed.
