6.00PM - 6.30PM
Venue: Atrium, Andrew Miller Building, University of Stirling
This year, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to view a display of beautiful Japanese kimonos. At our fashion show, you will have the chance to enjoy a marvellous collection of kimonos inherited by our Japanese friends from their mothers and grandmothers.
The KIMONO is a traditional Japanese garment which is still worn and beloved in Japan. Kimonos range from extremely formal to casual, determined mostly by the pattern of the fabric, materials and colour. Please come and enjoy our Kimono Fashion Show presented by JACI (Japanese Arts and Culture International).
Fancy being a star in the fashion show? Visit here for details on how to participate - hurry, spaces are limited!
This event is part of the University of Stirling's Japan Week 2017. The event is free to attend and open to all, but places should be booked in advance here.
