The Behavioural Science Centre invites researchers and practitioners to a one-day event: The Art and Science of Applying Behavioural Science - Gathering Evidence on the Process of Collaborating with Non-academic Partners.

Colliery Creatives
An exploration of landscape, identity and place. As part of the university art collection’s exhibition year, ‘Under Threat: Artists Respond to the Environment’, this event will present ‘Descendants: Interconnections’ by Yvonne Weighand Lyle. The evening will feature film, poetry and song exploring Scotland’s Coal Mining history, heritage and communities.

Under Threat: Descendants: Interconnections by Yvonne Weighand Lyle
In this exhibition Yvonne is examining and mapping interconnections between her memory of growing up in the post industrial mining landscape of the Parish of Newbattle and research into her family heritage in the mining industry within the same Parish.
