The session is ideal for those wanting to stretch, practice their asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), to help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices, such as meditation.
We run regular yoga and pilates classes on campus, as well as a comprehensive programme of over 62 fitness classes a week. Find out more about our classes.
