Bringing fitness to you! As part of Welcome Week join us for an outdoor High Intensity Interval Training session which combines intense bouts of exercise with short recovery periods. Focus on endurance, strength, power or a combination of everything. Torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time!

We run regular HIIT classes on campus, as well as a comprehensive programme of over 62 fitness classes a week.
