Staff and students of the University of Stirling are invited to our annual Burns' Supper and Ceilidh. Join us for an exciting night of festivities as the University celebrates the life and work of Robert Burns - Scotland's national poet - with an evening of traditional food and drink, poetry and Scottish dancing.

 What is a Burns Supper? (PDF)

The £13 ticket price includes:
Burns' supper meal (haggis, neeps and tatties, sticky toffee pudding with Glayva butterscotch and clootie dumpling ice-cream, tea and coffee) 
Lively entertainment - Piper and Scottish Ceilidh band 
A celebration of Scottish traditions - Piping in the haggis, toast to the lassies and more!

Tickets

This event is open to students and staff of the University of Stirling. Tickets cost £13 each and must be purchased in advance from the University's online shop. This event is subsidised by the University of Stirling.

If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know when you book your ticket.  We will not be able to cater for your requirements on the night if you have not informed us in advance.

Any requests for refunds must be made at least 1 week prior to the event.

Dress Code

Smart casual. Kilts and tartan are welcome and we recommend that you wear comfortable/sensible shoes for dancing.
