Community Open Doors Day: Science Fair

Science Fair

The Faculty of Natural Sciences invites you to their fabulous Science Fair.  We will host a series of hands on activities run jointly by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and colleagues from Forth Valley College. It is open to An image of a celebratory 50 years logo all ages but is particularly suitable for primary school children. Activities include bug hunting, a facial recognition challenge, maths games, a magic mirror and lots of other science-y fun.

Our Community Open Doors day aims to bring every part of the campus alive by inviting the local community in to join us in celebrating the anniversary. The programme includes: engaging talks; a Science Fair in the Atrium; a chance to explore the history of the University through the Archives; participation in a series of fun activities; and an adaptation of the daily mile challenge to tie the events and activities together.

Registration

This event is open to all and is free to attend.  There is no need to register in advance - just come along on the day!
