Community Open Doors Day: Question Time

The Faculty of Social Sciences invites you to join their Question Time session where panellists will answer your questions. This is your opportunity to probe the big questions of our time....What should society be doing to include and care for people who need support? What sort of policies and practices are needed to create a more
inclusive and equal society?
Our Chair is Honorary Professor Walter Humes and panellists include:
- Professor Kirstein Rummery
- Councillor Jim Thomson (SNP)
- Mark Ruskell MSP (Green)
- Honorary Professor Tom Hamilton
- Councillor Danny Gibson (Labour)
Our Community Open Doors Day aims to bring every part of the campus alive by inviting the local community in to join us in celebrating the anniversary. The programme includes: engaging talks; a Science Fair in the Atrium; a chance to explore the history of the University through the Archives; participation in a series of fun activities; and an adaptation of the daily mile challenge to tie the events and activities together.
