Come along on Thursday 6 or 20 June, from 12:15 to 12:40 in Sports Hall 2, and take 30 mins to calm your body and mind over lunch with staff yoga. Perfect for any level and open to all staff.

Additionally, there will be a staff pilates lunch session on Tuesday 18 June, Sports Hall 2, between 12:15 and 12:45, where you can take 35 minutes to strengthen your core, and improve posture, balance, and flexibility. Again, it is perfect for all levels and open to all staff. 

These sessions are available to book via the University of Stirling Sport app and open to members and non-members FOC.
