Meditation is free and beneficial. It can help you de-stress, reduce anxiety, and secure a healthier perspective on life.
This session is run by the Chaplaincy’s Buddhist Representative, however it is a non-religious meditation session and is open to students from any background and any faith or none. It will allow you to pause, be present in the moment, and nurture a positive attitude towards yourself and others. It will be followed by an informal discussion.
Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you have experience in meditation or are completely new to it. Come along if you wish to cultivate a more contented, balanced, and appreciative life - no sign-up is required.
