The University of Stirling and Faculty of Health Sciences and Sport invite you to a talk by Professor Andrew Watterson in conjunction with the Occupational and Environmental Health Research Group: 

Human factors and behavioural safety in many jobs including firefighting are often emphasised. However, evidence suggests such an approach may seriously underestimate the roles of policy, government, management, inspection and regulation at a time when firefighter fatalities at fires in the UK have increased in recent years.
