To report a fault or to request minor works, please contact the helpdesk by phone (dial 2444 or 6066 from an internal phone or 01786 466066 from an external phone / mobile) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).

The member of the helpdesk team will log the request and will allocate your request a unique reference number. This reference number should be used in any further contact which you may have with the helpdesk staff.
The help desk is staffed Monday to Friday, from 08:45 to 17:00.
Outside of these times, any URGENT faults should be reported to the Security team (dial 7003 from an internal phone or 01786 467003 from an external phone / mobile). Non-urgent requests should be phoned in and a message left or emailed.
Computer, Lecture Theatre IT, network and telephone faults should be reported to the Information Centre.
