The Information Centre is now using UniDesk to manage all your questions/fault reports. When you email the Information Centre, you will receive an email with a call reference number and a link to our Self Service Portal so that you can track the progress of your call. You can also start a new call via the Self Service Portal. In time we will be building up a Knowledge Base which you will be able to search to find common questions and answers. To access UniDesk, log on to the uni portal and go to the Resources tab or click the UniDesk logo above (if prompted to log in, enter your portal login details).
