How confident are you?

Your confidence levels are hard to assess.  In some situations, you may feel very confident and in others much less certain.  What is important to recognise is that confidence is a skill and it can be developed.  If you think back to your first day in a new situation, for example coming to university or starting a new job, you may have felt very nervous and unsure.  Over time, your confidence levels will have changed and developed.

Being confident in your self is similar, once you have started to work on this skill, your self-confidence will improve.  Here are a few simple questions to help you assess your current levels of self-confidence and which areas you can develop further.
