Your confidence levels are hard to assess. In some situations, you may feel very confident and in others much less certain. What is important to recognise is that confidence is a skill and it can be developed. If you think back to your first day in a new situation, for example coming to university or starting a new job, you may have felt very nervous and unsure. Over time, your confidence levels will have changed and developed.
